Key Responsibilities
- Drive the design, governance, and ongoing improvement of CSPD’s employee eLearning.
- Oversee the creation and enhancement of online modules in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Manage the Employee Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring functionality and a seamless learner experience.
- Conduct training needs analysis, report on learner engagement, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Research and implement best practice instructional design to enhance engagement and streamline processes.
- Partner with schools, support teams, and external providers to deliver high-quality eLearning initiatives.
