Gold Processing Plant Build | WA
We are supporting an ASX-listed gold producer entering a major construction phase for a new gold processing facility in Western Australia.
This is a senior site leadership role with full responsibility for construction execution through to mechanical completion and commissioning readiness. The successful candidate will step in as Senior Site Executive (SSE) during the construction phase and take ownership of site safety, statutory compliance, contractor performance, and delivery outcomes.
Key scope:
* Lead site construction across civil, SMP and E&I
* Act as primary interface between the owner's team and EPC contractor
* Drive schedule, productivity and quality across work fronts
* Manage construction through to completion and handover to commissioning
* Support compliance with WA mining legislation and site safety systems
* Oversee inspections, ITPs, defects and readiness for start-up
We are looking for a proven construction leader with:
* WA mining statutory experience, ideally SSE
* Strong mineral processing plant construction experience
* Owner's team or contractor-side leadership experiencePractical, steady, low-drama leadership style
