Job Role
The Senior Emergency Management Coordinator position supports the Manager, Emergency Management in developing and maintaining divisional and regional planning and response for surge capacity emergency relief and recovery operations business continuity.
Key Accountabilities
* Develops implement manages policy initiatives programs to improve lives of Victorians at risk from emergencies, completing policy reviews and providing recommendations on resourcing, timelines, and budget parameters.
* Provides authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders, prepares and presents detailed reports, ministerial briefs, and cabinet agency submissions on complex policy issues.
* Maintains monitoring and reporting of high priority issues, risks, and trends, preparing and presenting reports and briefs.
