Are you an experienced Orange Door Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We want to hear from you! We're building a pool of skilled professionals ready to step into roles providing critical support to individuals and families.
Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time, contracts starting from 1 month duration
Work Flexibility: Fully WFH prospect
Hourly Rate: $63-$69 per hour + super
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months experience working at The Orange Door (mandatory) - applications without this experience will not be considered
- Expertise in family violence, child well-being, or working with Persons Using Violence (PUV)
- Strong knowledge of The Orange Door Framework
- Ability to deliver comprehensive assessments, safety planning, and referrals
