About the Role

As the B2B Strategy and Communication Manager, you will drive substantial revenue growth across Ford's commercial lineup, including Ford Super Duty. You will create and operationalise our B2B strategy to maximise fleet engagement and lead generation. This is a unique opportunity for a growth-minded professional—from a Communications or Business Development background to elevate Ford's fleet presence through strategic brand advocacy.

You will drive lead generation by building deep relationships with industry associations and showcasing real-world customer success, you will build a high-quality pipeline and establish Ford as the premier choice for fleet customers.

This position reports directly to the Key Accounts Manager and is based at our National Sales Company Office in Richmond, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office.


Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Communications, Marketing or relevant with a background in growing revenue.
* Tertiary qualified with a degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for finding the "human" story in technical or commercial environments.
* Proven experience in managing high-visibility events or exhibitions with a focus on engagement and lead capture.
* A natural ability to build rapport with industry bodies, associations, and high-level stakeholders.
* A motivated professional who can work independently to identify opportunities and create content autonomously.

Responsibilities

* Ecosystem Development for Fleet Customers: Identify capability gaps and drive cross-functional, integrated data solutions (including Finance) to tailor services to fleet customer needs.
* Event Strategy & Execution: Lead Ford's presence at industry events, designing engagement strategies that convert foot traffic into a high-quality sales pipeline.
* Strategic Communications & Content: Develop tailored fleet communications for dealers to drive growth across SMEs, including product updates, accompanying materials and training sessions.
* Association & Partnership Management: Serve as the primary liaison for strategic industry memberships and associations, creating collaborative opportunities to promote Ford's fleet solutions.
* Internal & External Influence: Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure brand messaging remains consistent across channels.
* Performance Reporting: Track the effectiveness of engagement activities, reporting on lead quality, event ROI and the growth of Ford's B2B communication reach.
