Supporting tenants and landlords with care and professionalism
Managing repairs, inspections, and lease renewals
Communicating clearly and consistently with clients
Learning from experienced PMs and growing your own skill set
What You’ll Bring
6–12 months experience as a Property Officer or Assistant PM
A current Certificate IV in Property
A reliable car and valid driver’s licence
Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
A genuine interest in progressing your career in property management
