Equipment Specialist Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Equipment Specialist - Community & Aged Care. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities and meeting or exceeding our sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales and the ability to quickly grasp our products and industry.

Role Title: Equipment Specialist - Community & Aged Care
Location: Mackay QLD branch
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Branch Manager
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Proven sales experience with a strong sales appetite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality that can develop strong relationships with clients.
* Prior knowledge of the Aged Care & Disability equipment sector is preferred but not essential; we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in this role and offer excellent in-house training.
* Determination, organisation, autonomy and a willingness to go above and beyond for exceptional customer service and results.
* Proficiency in navigating computer/CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
* Ability to handle equipment demonstrations in and out of your van for 'show & tell' sessions.
* Comfortable with regular travel within your sales area to meet client requests.
Key Responsibilities
* Selling assistive equipment to our wide range of clients in the Community & Aged Care sector.
* Providing helpful and timely equipment trials and demonstrations to clients.
* Supporting therapists with healthcare equipment needs and requirements.
* Staying up-to-date with new product features and offerings, and using this knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Fostering strong and positive relationships with customers through exceptional customer service to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
* Meeting and exceeding established sales KPIs and budget targets.
