Our client is seeking an exceptional and highly capable Office Manager to lead the operational heartbeat of a high-performing real estate office. This pivotal role oversees daily operations, supports sales and property management teams, ensures compliance, and drives streamlined systems within a professional, fast-paced environment.

Acting as the central point of coordination, the Office Manager will provide strategic administrative leadership, empower staff, and uphold the standards and reputation of a respected real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
* Support sales and property management teams with high-level administration
* Ensure strict compliance with legislative and internal requirements
* Maintain and improve office systems, processes, and workflows
* Coordinate staff support, onboarding, and operational requirements
* Manage documentation, listings, reporting, and records with exceptional accuracy
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administration/coordinator role
* Exceptional attention to detail and a highly diligent work ethic
* Strong organisational and time management skills

* High level of discretion, reliability, and accountability
* Real estate industry experience highly regarded
