Strategic Marketing Leader
This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing efforts of a leading early learning and care provider. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and family engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organisational goals. They will be able to work collaboratively to develop and implement improvement and transformation projects, and have a proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will have a formal tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business, and will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen with sound business judgement. They will also have excellent planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to broker outcomes with stakeholders and influence and persuade others.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organisation's marketing efforts, enhancing brand awareness and reputation, increasing family enrolments, strengthening the employer brand, and leading digital marketing initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
