Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of the local property market, undertaking a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Listing and selling residential properties.
Organizing and conducting open homes and private inspections, which includes Saturday work.
Managing buyer relationships and performing diligent follow-up calls.
Promptly addressing all forms of enquiries - email, in-person, and telephone.
Prospecting new potential vendors and conducting thorough market appraisals.
Scheduling and attending client appointments such as final inspections and building & pest inspections.
Efficient database management.
Providing consistent vendor reporting and maintaining excellent communication.
Coordinating with photographers and managing appointments.
Ensuring strict adherence to real estate regulations.
Assisting in the preparation and execution of necessary documentation.
Requirements for Consideration:
A current Real Estate License or Agents Representative Certificate is essential.
Prior experience in real estate sales.
A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
An intrinsic drive and a fervent passion for the real estate industry.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
