The Role:
Working closely with internal departments, site teams, suppliers, and clients, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from pre-construction through to handover and supporting the smooth delivery of each build.
* Coordinate residential home building projects through key project stages
* Liaise with clients, supervisors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
* Monitor build schedules and ensure milestones are tracked effectively
* Assist in resolving project-related issues and keep communication flowing across all stakeholders
* Support procurement and material coordination where required
* Ensure all administration is accurate, up to date, and completed within deadlines
About You:
* Previous experience working within residential construction, or a volume home builder in a similar role
* Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction documentation
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‐solving
* Proficiency with construction software/systems and Microsoft Office
