About the Opportunity
Working with the Head of Change Management, Head of Internal Communications, and senior stakeholders, the Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an effective internal communication strategy for One Endeavour.
This role will work closely with our team to enhance our awareness of One's Endeavour's purpose and programs of work, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide comms support for change management initiatives.
Primarily the role will lead the communications effort across the transformation portfolio of work, accountable for overall communication strategy, plans, channels, and artefacts.
Specifically you will:
1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive internal communication plan that is aligned to strategies, and that embed our purpose values and ways of working.
2. Lead the delivery of clear, concise and purposeful communications through targeted mediums that supports our team to understand the strategy and the role they play in our shared success.
3. Partner with various teams across the Transformation program to understand their communication needs, and develop concepts & solutions to best achieve engagement outcomes.
4. You will have a proven track record of successfully supporting the implementation of change in complex, distributed organisations, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the business.
What you’ll need to succeed
You are a creative and pragmatic thinker, with the ability to understand and establish best practice in internal communications, including use of technology and social media.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
5. Extensive prior experience as an Internal Communications Manager or similar role.
6. Experience working in a matrix organisation, collaborating across multiple functions and between a business and centres of expertise.
7. Demonstrated experience in leading communications projects end-to-end working in a fast paced environment.
8. Proven ability to use and interpret data to measure and evaluate communications channels/initiatives.
