About the Role
You'll work with our ACT Territory Director, managers, social workers, and national practice teams to embed quality and safeguarding practices across our services in ACT.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with multi-disciplinary teams to embed quality and safeguarding practices that meet legislative standards.
* Lead compliance initiatives, including audits and staff training.
* C coordinate timely responses to incidents, maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has expertise in quality frameworks combined with strong influencing skills. They are confident working collaboratively across departments.
