Job Description
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely payments and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain and update records in ERP Software
- Address supplier queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in preparing month-end reports and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the broader accounting and finance team on process improvements.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and insights
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounts Payable Officer Should Have
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
