Specialized Cleaning Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our dynamic workshop team. We operate a large fleet of specialised vehicles including road sweepers, ride on sweepers, and high-pressure cleaning units.
About the Role
You will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a diverse fleet of heavy vehicles and specialised equipment, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently to meet operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform scheduled servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles
* Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* Carry out electrical diagnostics and repairs on vehicle systems
* Maintain accurate service records and job cards
* Conduct safety inspections and support compliance with WHS standards
* Respond to breakdowns and carry out field repairs as required
What We're Looking For
* Trade qualified Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic
* Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
* Proven experience working on trucks, plant, or specialised equipment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, safety-first attitude
* Good communication and record-keeping skills
* HR or MR Driver's Licence (advantageous but not essential)
