Client Experience Manager
We are seeking an experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example, embodying the company values and showcasing them to clients
* Drive a sales culture to exceed targets and consistently raise team performance through coaching and development
* Utilize data reporting to support operational decisions, working closely with the management team
* Facilitate open communication, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the team
* Serve as the point of contact for client and cast member matters, confidently making decisions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
* Previous retail management experience, preferably in areas of profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting
* A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed
* Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, ensuring the store represents the brand
* A drive for results, with a history of exceeding targets and KPIs
