Your Impact
* Deliver and optimise end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels (including SEM, Social, Native, Affiliates, and Display)
* Uncover growth opportunities by analysing campaign data in platforms like Adobe Analytics and AppsFlyer
* Drive performance reporting that delivers actionable insights to stakeholders across the business
* Collaborate with external agencies, channel partners and internal teams to inform campaign strategies and best practices
* Lead creative testing, channel experimentation, and campaign iteration through a test-and-learn mindset
* Ensure all digital marketing execution aligns with regulatory, legal, and risk requirements
What You Bring
* Hands-on experience executing and managing digital marketing campaigns across SEM, Social, Native and Display channels
* Proficiency in marketing technology such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and analytics tools like Adobe or Google Analytics
* Demonstrated track record in achieving commercial results through CPL/CPA-focused performance marketing
* Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for uncovering insights
* Experience working in agile, collaborative teams where you can make a real impact from day one
