Key Role:
We are seeking an experienced individual to drive strategic direction and growth across our Defence & Social Infrastructure sector. As Sector Lead Strategy, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term vision of our business while ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive market research and analysis to inform strategic decision making.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy development and implementation, with experience in driving business growth through innovative solutions and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the sector's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with our overall enterprise strategy
* Create and monitor roadmaps and progress against the sector strategic plan
* Conduct and develop comprehensive market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer demands
* Identify emerging technologies, business models, and market disruptions that impact our sector
* Provide global benchmarking and peer analysis to maintain competitive positioning
* Develop proposals for new and existing clients, including substantive analysis and recommendations for senior leadership
