Our clients are currently seeking qualified & experienced chefs for a variety of roles across various camps and contacts in Western Australia.
Camps range in size from a small site with 50 people to up to 2000 personnel.
Responsibilities
* Preparing large and small-scale breakfast, lunch, dinner, and crib meals
* Working in a busy commercial kitchen
* Working with large teams of staff
* General housekeeping of kitchen and buffet areas

Essential Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in high-volume bulk and batch cookery (FIFO, cruise ship, or defense catering experience essential)
* Trade Qualified – Minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and DAS.
* Current National Police Clearance
