As a Youth Worker Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their personal and social development, promoting their well-being, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

* Develop skills to plan and deliver youth programs that promote positive outcomes for young people.
* Provide case support and guidance to young individuals navigating life challenges.
* Build relationships with young people, families, and community stakeholders to better understand the needs of the Mackay regional youth sector.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Successful completion of Year 10 is desirable but not required.
