About This Role
Our client is a leader in their field, and through continued growth, we are seeking to add to the production team headcount. You will be working with tenured leaders who will train and mentor you throughout your journey.
You will be working in one of four different verticals within the business (conditioning, processing, warehousing, and yard operations) with the ability to learn and grow within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Seed and grain processing
- Quality Control
- Equipment operation and maintenance
- Prepare and apply seed treatments
- Bag and present finished products
- Monitor seed quality and collect samples for quality testing
- Operate forklift
- Manage stock using Inventory Management System (including scanners)
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Chemical certificate (preferred)
- Forklift license
- Full Australian working rights
