Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Participating in rotations across all key divisions supporting client finance requests.
* Working closely with Relationship Managers, Lending Analysts, and other teams.
* Engaging with the Executive team, industry partners, and customers.
* Gaining exposure to all aspects of sales and operations within the Agribusiness or Business Banking streams.
* Undertaking real work and projects that directly benefit customers and communities.
* Receiving on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and self-directed learning opportunities.
* Contributing to the prosperity of regional Australia and supporting vibrant businesses.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Completed a degree within the last three years.
* Motivation to support and enable customers in building vibrant businesses across Australia.
* Willingness to be based in Geraldton, Adelaide, Mildura, Ballarat, Gippsland, Dubbo, or Wagga Wagga.
* Energy for community engagement and a self-starter attitude.
* Commitment to personal development and adaptability to change.
* A genuine connection to the agricultural industry and its people (previous agricultural or work experience highly regarded but not essential).
