As a seasoned HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day operations of our organisation's human resources department. This exciting opportunity combines operational and advisory duties, requiring a hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide practical and relevant HR advice to management and executive teams
* Manage the employee life cycle, including onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and payroll processing
* Maintain a proactive, professional, and consultative approach throughout your role
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in HR business partnering or similar roles. You will be comfortable working in a standalone environment and enjoy HR operations as well as the opportunity to work on initiatives with the leadership team. End-to-end payroll processing experience is also required.
