Role Overview
As a seasoned environmental scientist, you will play a pivotal role in managing contaminated land investigations, risk assessments, and remediation programs for various projects across the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage contaminated land investigations, risk assessments, and remediation programs for mining, defence, infrastructure, and development projects
* Lead client and regulator engagement, providing clear technical and strategic advice
* Drive proposals, tenders, and business development to expand operations in the Northern Territory
* Mentor and develop junior staff, driving growth and expansion of the office
Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in environmental science, engineering, hydrogeology, or related discipline
* 15+ years' experience in contaminated land consulting, including remediation strategy and risk assessment
* Strong understanding of NT and Commonwealth environmental regulations (experience with auditors highly regarded)
* Proven project management, leadership, and client relationship skills
