**Primary Focus**:
- Effectively manage back of house operations including storage and replenishments with a focus on workflow efficiency.
- Oversee and complete the incoming stock the day it arrives, store to store transfers
- Ensure replenishment is completed from back of house to the floor.
- Educate team members on efficient back of house processes and procedures
- Manage back of house to maximise space management and minimise internal and external theft.
- take full ownership of inventory management, ensure organisation of BOH to enhance efficiency of taking products for clients, increase team's productivity to achieve monthly sales target and report back to store leaders.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Great attention to detail and time management skills.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Thrive in a fast paced work environment and working with high volumes/units of stock.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently with a can-do attitude.
