Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll keep care consistent, staff supported and the unit running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, patient focused nursing care
• Support staff growth, feedback and guidance
• Coordinate rosters, leave and daily allocation
• Drive practice change and care consistency
• Assist recruitment, performance and attendance
• Help manage supplies, resources and budgets

Qualifications

You're a confident registered nurse ready to step into leadership. You bring sound clinical judgement, a calm approach and a genuine drive to support teams and protected care.

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration or eligibility
• Experience in perioperative care settings
• Confidence supporting teams and daily unit operations
• Clear communicator who works well across disciplines
• Strong grasp of safety, quality and risk principles
