The Harvey Norman **Mornington**Electrical Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering _Great Service, Always_ to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have a variety of different tasks, including but not limited to; Sales and customer service, merchandising, following up on orders, maintaining a clean work environment, stocking shelves,
**To be successful you must**:
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Available to work weekends and late nights with flexibility throughout the busy retail trade periods
- Have a good level of computer skills, using POS systems
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a team environment
**What we require**:
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets & KPI's
- A high level of Electrical product knowledge such as small home appliances, Whitegoods, TV's & Audio. Preferred but not essential
