The East Coast Village Providore is looking for qualified and experienced Cooks and/or Chefs to join our team in St Helens, Tasmania
We are open 6 days a week, for breakfast, lunch and commencing dinner service shortly, our customers have the option to enjoy some of the best Tasmanian produce all in one convenient location. We are looking for full-time or casual motivated and passionate Cooks and/or Chefs to assist in providing our customers with a truly unique and memorable dining experience.
Cook position: You will hold Certificate III
Chef position: You will hold Certificate IV in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 – 3 years' experience
High cooking standards with an attention to detail and breakfast experience
High level of interpersonal, communication and team work skills
Good work ethic including the ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain service standards
Strong ability to work autonomously amongst a fast paced environment
Good knife skills
Good with quick, consistent prep and service
Current HACCP and relevant Food Safety accreditation
