Role Summary As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will work with our team to deliver high-quality services in workplace health, injury management and safety. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients recover and get back to work and life. Key Responsibilities * Taking a holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing * Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments * Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers and allied health professionals * Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans About You To succeed in this role, you will need: * Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW) * Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work * Australian Citizenship * Strong clinical reasoning * Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal * Possession of strong analytical skills We Offer In return for your expertise, we offer: * Set working hours means you can truly have WORK / LIFE balance - no overtime, no outside of work hours work * Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 3:30pm working on base at HMAS Albatross * Part-Time options (from 3 days) may be considered * If you prefer some flexibility in your day, we have options for hybrid work arrangements * Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (incl. ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise setting you up for success * Access to discounted health insurance and access to the Fitness Passport Program About Us We are committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity.
