About the Role
The role involves developing culturally appropriate learning materials, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining accurate systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
* Coordinate training logistics and book resources
* Provide administrative support for planning, resourcing, and implementation of training activities, meetings, and events
* Undertake purchasing activities: identify suppliers, seek quotes, create purchase orders, order and receipt stock, and request invoices
* Maintain accurate data entry in VETtrak and other operational systems
* Support report preparation and maintain key registers
Requirements
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using electronic systems and databases
* Effective interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication styles
* Experience in Avetmiss, VETtrak, NCVER, or similar student management systems
