About the Role
As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering an exceptional resident experience through events, engagement, and service excellence.
- Driving ancillary income through innovative service offerings tailored to resident needs.
- Collaborating on marketing strategies to meet occupancy targets.
- Managing the property’s digital platform to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships with residents, local suppliers, and stakeholders.
The Property
Caulfield Place is a premier Build to Rent community featuring 351 apartments and 5 townhouses. Residents enjoy luxury amenities including a gym, yoga studio, pool, spa, sauna, co-working spaces, lounges, dining areas, cocktail bar, outdoor entertaining deck, pet facilities, and electric car charging stations — all designed to elevate modern living.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for community building.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
