Support Care Assistant
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Support Care Assistants to provide one-on-one care to individuals in their own homes. As a Support Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
About the Role:
* You will be working in the community to support individuals with daily living tasks, providing personal care, assistance with domestic chores, and facilitating access to community activities.
* Your key focus will be on engagement and assisting clients to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability or similar qualification
* Current industry knowledge and skills
* Strong understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Standards
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High level of time management and organisational ability
* Flexibility and willingness to participate in further education opportunities
