The position
Operating under the guidance of our highly successful sales team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
- Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
- Prospecting activities to generate leads through phone calls and door knocking
- Database management, data entry and contact management
- Diary management, organising and facilitating appointments, meetings and inspections
- Negotiation, managing offers, liaising with purchasers and vendors
- Reporting, collating and distribute various reports as needed
The individual
Dedicated to delivering best in class service and achieving outstanding results, the ideal Sales Associate is an individual who:
- Will thrive in a rapid paced, high energy team environment
- Is resilient, self-motivated, and hungry for success
- Possesses strong written and verbal skills
- Is immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Wants to build a career in real estate sales
- Holds a current driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
- Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence, OR is willing to obtain prior to commencement if successful
