About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
* Prepare clear and accurate working plans, layouts, schematics and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches, notes or Consultant specifications and drawings.
* Identify project scope gaps and pursue growth opportunities with existing and new customers.
* Provide input for job costing, time plans and fee preparation activities in consultation with the Project Manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
* Experience in drafting, design, AV engineering, project coordination, pre-sales or similar roles.
* Demonstrated skill with AutoCAD.
* Excellent communication skills and a high level of competence using Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and time management skills.
