Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Optometrist in running a successful store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Store Manager and Optometrist in achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
* Manage appointment book and execute the customer journey.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and coaching.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
