About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality digital health services across the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of IT service delivery functions, including Service Desk, Level 2 support, and asset and licence management. You will lead the development and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures to support a consistent and efficient workstation and peripheral environment. A key focus of the role is monitoring service performance against agreed targets, managing escalations, and driving continuous service improvement across the Digital Health portfolio. Working closely with stakeholders across all divisions and business units, you will build strong relationships, negotiate service agreements, and ensure IT services are aligned with organisational needs. You will also contribute to strategic planning, budget management, and the ongoing development of the Digital Health Service Delivery function. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Digital Health Service Delivery portfolio, including Service Desk and Level 2 support
* Develop, implement, and maintain IT standards, procurement policies, and support procedures
* Monitor, analyse, and report on service performance against agreed KPIs and service targets
* Oversee incident and request management, including prioritisation, escalation, and resolution
* Supervise and support Digital Health staff, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused team
* Ensure effective use of the eHealth Services Management system
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across clinical and business units
* Contribute to ICT strategic planning and service improvement initiatives
* Support budget preparation and management
* Promote continuous learning through training and development initiatives

This is a Permanent Full-Time role based within the Mid North Coast Local Health District, with office locations in Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. About You You are a proactive and collaborative leader with strong experience in IT service delivery, ideally within a complex or healthcare environment. You bring excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a strong focus on service quality, and the ability to lead teams through change and continuous improvement.
