As a **Live UCAT Mock Invigilator**, you’ll ensure our mocks run seamlessly, from set-up to student debrief. You’ll play a key role in the medical entry journey of students and their families, providing professionalism, empathy, and support while creating a testing environment that mirrors the real UCAT. **The Role**
As a Live UCAT Mock Invigilator, you’ll run mocks smoothly and on time: setting up the centre, guiding students through the process, and representing Contour with professionalism and warmth. Often you are the first Contour team member that students will meet in-person, and you’ll make a lasting first impression.
This role suits someone with strong teamwork, empathy, and communication skills, plus the ability to problem-solve and support students. **Comprehensive Training & Support**
You’ll start with a structured onboarding and training program, working closely with the Live Mock Team Leader and senior invigilators from your state's testing centre, to refine your communication and problem-solving skills while learning all of our procedures, systems, and processes.
By the end of training, you’ll feel confident running mocks alongside experienced invigilators, making the most of their support as you transition into the role. Ongoing development includes regular 1-on-1 check-ins, group training, and team meetings — plus social catch-ups that keep the team connected and supportive.
