We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service Team in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, with an opportunity to work on our Alice Springs sites. Reporting to the Regional Lead, Technical Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients around the world. You will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team, working together to ensure the successful implementation of our life-saving medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, repair and testing of medical equipment.
* Planning and performing annual maintenance program for a variety of hardware.
* Provide trouble shooting technical support to customers.
* Record accurate reporting of service details.
* Identify and communicate repair trends.
* Excellent customer focus and relationship building.
* Ability to travel as required.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Electronic, Biomedical or Mechanical including College or University Certificate, Diploma or Degree.
* At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
* Current Driver's License & Own a car for travel.
* Minimum basic skill level in MS Office applications.
* Intermediate level IT skills.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as a team player, with a drive and determination to succeed.
* EST practicing license preferred.
* Trade level certification in Electrical Australia or New Zealand relevant standards.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Current Working with Children Check Number.
