The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E; installations. Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
**The Role**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Lead and coordinate subcontractor activities through design, procurement, and construction phases to meet project milestones.
- Review and manage design submissions to ensure technical quality, compliance, and integration with other disciplines.
- Ensure all radio and telecom system designs meet relevant standards, codes, and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support efficient subcontractor procurement and contract management.
- Oversee installation and commissioning works, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design requirements.
- Identify, address, and resolve technical or construction-related issues to maintain smooth project delivery.
**About You**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Ideally 5 - 10 years of experience in radio & telecommunications engineering.
- Robust understanding of radio-frequency standards and regulations and telecommunication networks, including ACMA regulations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
