Key Role: Human Resources Business Partner
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and business management, with expertise in stakeholder management, data analysis, product development, and case management.
Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Management: Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including influencing senior leaders and representing the organisation in external forums.
* Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyse business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact organisational performance, and develop data-driven insights to inform HR decision-making.
* Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and refine HR products, ensuring they address real business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
* Case Management and Industrial Disputes: Manage complex cases, grievances, and claims, providing guidance and support to managers on handling employee relations issues, and representing the organisation in tribunals as required.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or related discipline, with a strong academic record and commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline highly desirable.
* Advanced technical expertise in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Employee Relations, demonstrated across a range of complex and diverse organisational environments.
* Comprehensive knowledge of human resources legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industrial instruments, with expert-level interpretation and strategic optimisation skills.
* Significant experience leading complex projects and organisational change initiatives, with ability to apply advanced project and change management methodologies to achieve business outcomes.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce high-level documentation, reports, and correspondence for senior stakeholders.
