This full-time role requires a highly organised and capable individual who is responsible for the daily performance and operations of our main departments. Ensuring the highest standard of product delivery while engaging effectively with customers to maximise sales and profit through effective planning, merchandising and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and provide ongoing support, training, and development for your team members
* Execute pricing, promotions, and marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth
* Achieve high standards in visual presentation and store appearance
* Manage inventory levels including ordering, maintaining date and rotation of products
* Maintain a safe and compliant work environment including participation in department audits
* Monitor and manage sales, gross profit, and shrinkage budgets and targets
Previous retail experience and team leadership skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to engage, mentor and lead a high-performing team is also necessary.
