The Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce capability, safety, and performance.
This includes creating annual training plans aligned with business objectives, coordinating and facilitating Training Needs Analysis reviews, designing and implementing training programs, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, managers, and external providers to deliver effective training solutions.
We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator who possesses a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent, a proven track record in training coordination or administration, and a deep understanding of National Competency Standards.
 * Develop and implement annual training plans that drive business growth.
 * Coordinate and facilitate Training Needs Analysis reviews to identify skill gaps.
 * Design, implement, and review training programs to improve workforce performance.
