Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce.
In this role, you will analyse and improve business processes, working closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to implement solutions, identify system enhancement opportunities, and drive efficiency. Strong analytical skills, excellent spoken and written communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions are essential. If you are driven by data and problem‐solving in a fast‐paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders through workshops to gather information and elaborate on business requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with design, build and test teams to ensure successful implementation of tech solutions.
* Co‐Design and co‐develop: Gain a deep understanding of the solution and business processes to ensure high requirements coverage by asking the right questions and employing critical thinking. Work closely with technical designers and build teams to ensure requirements feasibility and best options.
* Business Process Modelling: Apply BPMN to model, analyse, and improve business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.
* Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate structured workshops to engage stakeholders, gather requirements and validate solutions. Plan, execute and follow‐up to ensure effective stakeholder management.
* Requirements Management Software Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (or similar software) to document, track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
* Tech to Business Translator: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring clear and effective communication and understanding of requirements.

Additional Requirements
* Security Clearance Requirement: Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or eligibility for obtaining security clearance are required.
* On‐call and Shift Expectations: Primary focus on managed services; responsibility for maintaining and improving clients' IT systems, working in shifts and being on call to address incidents and after‐hours deployments.
* Must be willing to work from Accenture/client office location 3 days a week (2 days WFH).
