Job Description
As a key member of the safety team, this role involves supporting internal stakeholders, conducting site-based audits, and participating in incident investigations.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site-based audits to identify areas for improvement and prepare corrective actions reports.
* Participate in high-level incident investigations and provide technical advice to prevent similar incidents from occurring.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to foster a safe working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Work Health and Safety principles, experience in civil road maintenance or construction, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, is required.

* Certificate 4 Work Health and Safety qualification
* Experience in civil road maintenance or construction
