We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our customers asphalt and spray seal crews
Asphalt Supervisors:
* 5+ years of leadership experience in the Asphalt industry
* Demonstrated success in managing performance to meet and exceed agreed targets
* Successful track record with planning, organising and time management
* Effective supervision of personnel, plant, machinery, and subcontractors on site
Asphalt and Spray Seal Operators:
* Operate all equipment and machinery associated with Asphalt production (Front End Loader, Roller, Paver...)
* Spreader Driver
* Understand the operation of Asphalt plants
* Manage daily prestart and other activities, and ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition
* Perform general civil laboring duties
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Valid Driver's License - HR
* Willing to undergo Medical and Drug and Alcohol screen test
* Availability for weekend work and work away
* Experience operating heavy equipment (tickets preferred)
* A strong 'team player' with the proven positive attitude to work well with others
