We are seeking a talented professional to be the face of our waste services, supporting collections, bin repairs and more. You will engage daily with customers, coordinate with contractors and help ensure our community stays clean and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage account holder information and general records;
* Respond to customer inquiries and requests;
* Enter data accurately and efficiently;
* Monitor and manage the Integrated Waste Tracking System;
* Coordinate asbestos management paperwork and tasks;
* Purchase requisitions as needed;
* Prepare reports for EPA, management and stakeholders;
* Utilize weighbridge software to prepare reports;
* Provide data and reports to management upon request.
Additional Duties
* Deliver excellent customer service at the weighbridge and Reuse Shop;
* Manage and resolve day-to-day service issues, customer feedback and complaints related to waste services;
* Collaborate with our Customer Service Team to ensure accurate waste service information is provided to customers;
* Support the Gregadoo Waste Management Centre Leadership Team in administration activities;
* Assist in managing contracts relevant to waste collection throughout the LGA.
