MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Co-ordinate supply chain of Parts/Accessories and Product from suppliers to warehouse to dealer
Provide Parts Help Desk functions for our Dealer network and internal customers relating to parts suitability, order ETA's, and freight information.
Liaise with 3PL providers (multiple) to ensure the timely delivery and tracking of all consignments
Co-ordinate all product damage claims, including liaison with Dealers, Third Party Logistics Providers
Proactively identify problems and inefficiencies in the Parts & Logistics area, clarify the root cause and establish recommended solutions
Analyse and resolve Logistics errors created by core systems
Process Parts credit returns based on credit policies, using judgement where appropriate
Investigate and determine cause of import data errors, and rectify in the system
Source shipping documents and provide to Customs Agents
Provide support to Dealers and Internal Staff covering queries
