About the Role
Our client is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager / Coordinator to serve as the
execution backbone for Australia
.
This role is about coordination, quality, and follow-through — not strategy. You will ensure that events, vendors, agencies, and localized marketing efforts are executed cleanly and professionally, without relying on sales or BD to fill gaps.
You will take what is being built in the U.S. and
amplify and localize it for the ANZ market
, ensuring the brand shows up polished, credible, and consistent.
Responsibilities
Execution & Coordination
* Own marketing execution in Australia.
* Coordinate event logistics, vendors, agencies, and materials.
* Manage timelines and ensure nothing stalls.
Events & Brand Presence
* Execute events, hospitality suites, and sponsorships on the ground.
* Ensure all assets and materials reflect a high-end, enterprise-ready brand.
* Act as the final quality-control layer before anything goes live.
Localization & Amplification
* Apply U.S. messaging appropriately to the ANZ market.
* Manage localized corporate social handles.
* Amplify events, PR, and community engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with U.S.-based marketing and leadership teams.
* Coordinate agency output and ensure work is accurate and on-brand.
* Proactively surface risks, blockers, or improvements.
Qualifications
* 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, coordination, or agency account management.
* Experience managing events and vendors.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working asynchronously with U.S. teams.
* High standards for quality and follow-through.
