Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities include supporting critical infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth operations through effective administration and stakeholder coordination.

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering infrastructure projects by providing timely administrative support to the project team and acting as a super user for project management applications. Additionally, this role involves developing documentation auditing tools and supporting contract administration for supplier consultancy agreements.

* Deliver Key Projects: Co-ordinate multiple priorities while maintaining focus on key deliverables.
* Support Stakeholders: Provide high-quality communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Proficiency in electronic document management systems and financial systems is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
