At Versatile Group, we're delivering some of Queensland's most exciting large-scale residential and mixed-use developments through a unique integrated model that combines development, construction, and a key subcontractor network. As our pipeline continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our high-performing Brisbane team. This role offers something different. You'll work across both our development and construction businesses — partnering on front-end feasibility and cost planning while also leading hard dollar tenders on major external projects. It's an opportunity to influence projects from concept through to delivery.
Responsibilities
* Leading cost planning and hard dollar estimating across major projects
* Partnering with development teams on feasibility, design input, and value engineering
* Managing end-to-end tender submissions
* Engaging and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
* Identifying commercial risks and opportunities to drive project outcomes
Qualifications
* Brings Senior Estimator experience within a Tier 1 / Tier 2 builder or developer
* Has strong capability across both cost planning and hard dollar estimating
* Thinks commercially and influences outcomes early
* Is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing stakeholders
